How to get to Hangar One

Directions

By Train
  • Exit at the long-distance train station (IC/ICE) or the regional train station Frankfurt Airport (S8 and S9).
  • Exit the airport on the arrivals level of Terminal 1.
  • Take the shuttle bus “West-Gate 27” at the arrivals area B, door 3.
  • Get off at the stop "Lufthansa Aviation Center (LAC)".
  • Lufthansa Group Hangar One is located directly next to the LAC.

By Plane
  • Exit Frankfurt Airport on the arrivals level of Terminal 1.
  • Take the shuttle bus “West-P65” or “West-Gate 25” at the bus station opposite the arrivals area C (stops 10–13).
  • Get off at the stop "Lufthansa Aviation Center (LAC)".
  • Lufthansa Group Hangar One is located directly next to the LAC.
By Car
    From the B43 from Frankfurt/Kelsterbach:
  • Take exit “Gate 21–25”.
  • Use the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light, heading towards the Lufthansa Group Hangar One.

From the A3 coming from Düsseldorf/Cologne:
  • Take the highway exit “Kelsterbach”.
  • Switch to the B43 and follow the signs for “Cargo Center.”
  • Turn left towards "Gate 2–21".
  • Stay in the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light heading towards the Lufthansa Group Hangar One.

From the A3 coming from Würzburg:
  • Take the highway exit “Frankfurt-Süd”.
  • Switch to the B43 towards the airport and follow the signs for “Cargo Center”.
  • Turn left towards "Gate 2–21".
  • Stay in the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light heading towards the Lufthansa Group Hangar One.

From the A5 coming from Kassel or Darmstadt:
  • Drive to the Frankfurter Kreuz interchange.
  • Follow the signs for "Frankfurt Airport" to the B43.
  • Switch to the B43 and follow the signs for "Cargo Center".
  • Turn left towards "Gate 2–21".
  • Stay in the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light heading towards the Lufthansa Group Hangar One.

Parking spaces are available for visitors to Hangar One from summer 2026.
