How to get to Hangar One

By train

Take the train to the long-distance or regional train station at Frankfurt Airport (IC/ICE, regional trains, and S-Bahn S8/S9) and follow the signs for “Bus Station.” Take a bus that serves the “Lufthansa Aviation Center (LAC)” stop (bus line: X15 toward Darmstadt, X17 toward Hofheim, X53 toward Höchst Bolongaropalast, X58 toward Höchst Bahnhof, 58 toward Eschborn West, 67 toward Rüsselsheim, 72 toward Bischofsheim, 73 toward IP Höchst Tor Süd, 82 toward Raunheim West) and get off there.

By car

From Frankfurt/Kelsterbach (B43):

Drive to the “Tor 21–25” exit. Get in the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light to Hangar One.

From the A3 (from Cologne/Düsseldorf or Würzburg):

Take the Kelsterbach (from the north) or Frankfurt-Süd (from the east) exit, change to the B43 towards the airport and follow the signs for “Cargo Center.” Get in the left lane towards Gate 2–21, stay in the left lane and turn left at the first traffic light to Hangar One.

From the A5 (from Kassel or Darmstadt):

At the Frankfurter Kreuz junction, follow the signs for “Flughafen Frankfurt” (Frankfurt Airport), change to the B43 towards “Cargo Center.” Turn left towards Gate 2–21 and left at the first traffic light to Hangar One.

A limited number of parking spaces are available in the visitor parking lot behind Hangar One.

By plane

Leave Terminal 1 on the arrivals level and follow the signs for “Bus Station.” Take a bus that serves the “Lufthansa Aviation Center (LAC)” stop (bus line: X15 toward Darmstadt, X17 toward Hofheim, X53 toward Höchst Bolongaropalast, X58 toward Höchst Bahnhof, 58 toward Eschborn West, 67 toward Rüsselsheim, 72 toward Bischofsheim, 73 toward IP Höchst Tor Süd, 82 toward Raunheim West) and get off there.

Accessibility

Hangar One and the exhibition are barrier-free. Conference rooms, exhibition areas, and restrooms can be easily reached by elevator inside the building. Please note that there are steps at the flight simulator and in the Super Star.
